Submission and Publication Fees Policy
Submission and Publication Fees Policy
The Journal of Sustainable Research in Humanities (JSRHS) is committed to transparency in disclosing all fees associated with the submission, processing, and publication of manuscripts. The journal’s policy is as follows:
- Manuscript Submission Fee
The journal charges a submission fee of LYD 260 upon submission of a manuscript. This fee covers the submission and processing of the manuscript and does not constitute a publication or acceptance fee.
The submission fee becomes payable once the manuscript has been registered and entered into the journal’s processing procedures. The fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the manuscript is ultimately accepted or rejected following the evaluation and peer-review process.
- Independence of Fees from Editorial Decisions
Payment of the submission fee does not, under any circumstances, guarantee the acceptance or publication of a manuscript.
Payment of the fee has no influence on the editorial decision or peer-review outcome. All manuscripts submitted to the journal are subject to the journal’s established screening, evaluation, and peer-review procedures.
Editorial decisions are made independently on the basis of the journal’s established academic and editorial standards.
- Fees After Acceptance
The journal does not charge any additional fees after a manuscript has been accepted.
Authors are not charged publication fees, Article Processing Charges (APCs), page charges, color charges, acceptance fees, or any other mandatory fees associated with the publication of the manuscript.
- Open Access
The journal provides full and immediate open access to its published articles free of charge to readers.
No fees are charged for reading or downloading the full text of articles published on the journal’s website.
- Optional Services
Translation, language editing, proofreading, or specialized formatting services, if available, are not included in the manuscript submission fee and are not imposed on authors as mandatory conditions for manuscript acceptance or publication.
- Transparency and Disclosure
The journal is committed to clearly publishing its fee policy on its website and in the Author Guidelines and to informing authors in advance of any future changes to this policy before such changes take effect.
The journal confirms that the LYD 260 submission fee is the only mandatory fee associated with manuscript submission. Payment of this fee does not constitute consideration for acceptance or publication and does not affect the independence of the journal’s editorial or peer-review decisions.
