Article Processing Charges – APCs

Article Processing Charges Policy (APCs)

The Journal of Sustainable Research in the Humanities is committed to the principle of Open Access, whereby all published research is made freely available to readers without any financial or technical barriers.

First: Manuscript Submission and Review Fees

All manuscripts submitted to the journal are subject to a fixed fee of 260 Libyan dinars, payable upon submission for evaluation and peer review.
This fee represents submission and peer-review charges and does not constitute a guaranteed acceptance for publication.

The fee is non-refundable in the event that the manuscript is rejected or not published for any reason, whether for scientific or administrative reasons.

These fees are intended to cover the costs of:

  • Scientific peer-review procedures

  • Administrative correspondence

  • Management of the evaluation and follow-up process

Second: Optional Services

The journal offers a number of optional, non-mandatory support services, such as:

  • Language editing

  • Writing style proofreading

  • Text formatting and layout

  • Translation

These services are provided upon the author’s request and for a nominal fee determined by the journal’s administration. They are not included in the manuscript submission or publication fees.

Third: Integrity and Transparency

The journal affirms that:

  • Payment of the manuscript submission fee has no influence whatsoever on the peer-review outcomes or on the decision of acceptance or rejection.

  • All manuscripts are subject to uniform, objective scientific peer-review standards, and publication decisions are made solely on the basis of academic quality.

Accordingly, the journal reaffirms its commitment to transparency, academic integrity, and fairness in the evaluation process for all researchers.
