He serves as a faculty member at the Faculty of Education, University of Misurata, and has held the position of Head of the Department of Education and Psychology. He also chaired the Scientific Committee of the International Conference on Education in Libya. He has contributed several peer-reviewed research papers on educational issues and is known for his extensive experience in the educational and academic field.

Dr. Abdulhamid Onaiba is a university professor with over 23 years of experience in teaching English and applied linguistics. He has held numerous academic and administrative positions, including Dean of the Faculty of Languages, Head of the English Department, and Director of the Office of International Cooperation. He obtained his PhD from the University of Leicester in the UK and has published several peer-reviewed studies in the fields of education and English language learning. He is distinguished by his expertise in curriculum design, academic supervision, and educational leadership. He has also contributed to the development of postgraduate programs, international partnerships, and the promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship.

Dr. Rafaa Mohamed Bayt Al-Mal is an Associate Professor specialized in rhetoric and literary criticism. He is a faculty member in the Arabic Language Department at the University of Misurata. He holds a PhD in Rhetoric and Criticism and has several scholarly publications in Quranic rhetoric and literary criticism. He has held several administrative positions, including Director of the Publishing and Publications Department and Director of Al-Huda Radio. His academic interests include rhetoric, stylistics, research methodology, and heritage verification.

Dr. Fatima Mohamed Erfida is an Associate Professor in the Department of Sociology, Faculty of Arts, University of Misurata. She holds a Master’s degree from the University of Misurata and a PhD from the Arab Republic of Egypt. She has extensive academic and administrative experience, having served as Head of the Social Work Department at the Libyan Academy, Misurata Branch. She has published several scientific studies focusing on topics such as volunteer work, youth migration, work culture, and the role of small industries in women's empowerment. She is considered one of Libya’s prominent researchers in the field of social sciences.

Dr. Omar Mustafa Al-Naas

Dr. Omar Mustafa Al-Naas is a faculty member in the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Arts, University of Misurata. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 1988 and a Master's degree in Occupational Mental Health in 2005. He has extensive teaching experience in psychology and education at Benghaliboun Institute and the Higher Teachers' Institute, and has supervised training courses in creativity skills and scientific research. He has also served in administrative roles at the General Electricity Company, including Director of Administrative Affairs and Head of the Oversight Department. He has been a university faculty member since 2005 and actively participates in scientific committees and academic competitions.
