This study aimed to examine the impact of digital transformation dimensions—namely technological infrastructure, policies and procedures, and human skills and resources—on the development of the decision-making process at the Tripoli Center for Medicine, Emergency, and Support Services, from the perspective of beneficiaries who interacted with the center for the first time. The study sample consisted of 495 respondents.
The findings revealed a positive relationship between the technological infrastructure dimension and the decision-making process when all dimensions were examined collectively. The results underscore the pivotal role of digital transformation in enhancing decision-making effectiveness and improving service delivery outcomes.
Based on the study findings, several recommendations were proposed for the center under investigation to assist in addressing challenges associated with service provision, thereby contributing to the enhancement of the decision-making process from the beneficiaries’ perspective.
