This study investigates the impact of administrative development on the efficiency of organizations in the public education sector, with a particular focus on the Directorate of Education in the city of Sebha. The study explores the relationship between administrative development and organizational performance, highlighting the key strategies that can enhance administrative efficiency and identifying the challenges that impede the effective implementation of these strategies. The study relies on quantitative data collected through surveys, with a sample consisting of 70 employees working in the Directorate of Education in Sebha. A comprehensive questionnaire was designed to cover various aspects of administrative development and its impact on organizational performance. The data were analyzed using appropriate statistical methods. The findings reveal a significant positive correlation between strategic administrative development and the achievement of long-term organizational goals. It was found that effective communication channels and leadership skills play a crucial role in improving job performance and overall organizational efficiency.
Additionally, the results indicate that continuous training and development programs and modern management techniques significantly enhance employee performance and job satisfaction. The main findings also highlight several obstacles that hinder the success of administrative development initiatives, including resource constraints, bureaucratic complexities, and resistance to change. These challenges negatively affect the effectiveness of administrative development and limit its ability to achieve the desired outcomes.
Based on the findings, the study recommends improving administrative practices, enhancing strategic planning, fostering effective communication, motivating employees, and encouraging innovation within the Directorate of Education in Sebha. These recommendations are intended to facilitate better organizational performance and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the public education sector in the region.
