Abstract

 

The world is witnessing rapid and increasing development, especially in the field of artificial intelligence. With this development, these technologies have begun to be used in many fields, such as industry, commerce, education, medicine, engineering, and others. These technologies have become relied upon to solve problems. With this development, some damages to others have begun to appear. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the (legal adaptation of artificial intelligence), because these technologies have placed a heavy burden on legal professionals, which requires a legal confrontation with artificial intelligence technologies. This requires clarifying a legal system that defines the mechanism for dealing with artificial intelligence technologies. Is it possible to reach a solution in which the injured party can obtain compensation? The legal nature of artificial intelligence has been clarified, in addition to the provisions related to it and the legal personality it enjoys, because civil liability is one of the important topics that aims to compensate the injured party. Through this study, we were able to identify the responsible person, so here the injured party can obtain appropriate compensation to redress the damage he suffered.
